Phoenix Mandel (they/them pronouns) has been a sexuality educator and consultant since 2006, lecturing and workshopping on sex positivity, kink, ethical nonmonogamy, LGBTQIA+, sexual health, and related topics. Phoenix is based in Los Angeles, but has taught classes in a variety of settings in North and South America, Africa, and Europe. They bring an intersectional approach to their work, being actively engaged with many of these communities (Phoenix is queer, genderqueer, polyamorous, and kinky). Phoenix also co-facilitates a monthly support and discussion group for nonbinary and nonmonogamous individuals in Los Angeles.
