Sexuality Educator & CannaSexual
Ashley Manta is a feminist sexuality educator, certified consulting hypnotist, and a self-proclaimed sex geek. In her personal life, she is a queer, polyamorous, bottom-heavy switch. It took her the better part of a decade to find her voice, but when she did, she decided to put it to work!
She is a former phone sex operator and her first educational guide, “A Feminist’s Guide to Phone Sex,” was published in March 2014. Additionally, her non-fiction essay, “Growing Through the Yuck of Having Herpes” was featured in the Best Sex Writing of the Year anthology, published in March 2015. She speaks candidly about living with herpes and has done extensive work to promote acceptance and break the stigma surrounding STIs.
She is the co-host of Carnalcopia, a sex and relationship podcast. Her latest project is CannaSexual, which seeks to analyze the relationship between sex and cannabis and document its benefits.
