Known Issue: CCBill Payments Not Reflected In User’s Account Access or Payment History

Update on October 16th, 2020: We’ve recently resolved an issue where subscribers who have made a successful payment on CCBill.com do not see their payment history or active subscription in their account on KinkAcademy.com and their account is not fully activated.

If you are experiencing issues where your account is not fully activated or you do not see an active subscription (but you are certain you have one), please provide your CCBill Subscription/Transaction ID and KinkAcademy.com username in your message and we’ll manually update your account’s access.
