It’s fun just getting up into a self-suspension. A lot of people get up in the air and want to do other things, though, and Shay is one of them. She starts by talking about the various physical risks and factors in changing your position in mid-air, and then demonstrates how it’s done. Some transitions can be as easy as just taking your foot out of a loop, but others include things like spinning upside down, and this clip shows how to get down – and back up – safely.
