I had no clue what to expect when I opened up the next videos to learn and explore what stretching before bondage and/or play would be like. Honestly, I’m not known for stretching before play, and it hurts. Sure, some of it is supposed to hurt but I also know that I could hold those really stressful positions longer if I had stretched first. And then there are the bondage positions where as I wear it my muscles stretch and warm and then the tie gets loose because my reach and pull is more free.
So with that in mind I started Stretching and Strengthening for Submissives Part 1 (13 mins). Jaw dropping, trust me. I’ve never watched anyone do exercises naked. It’s… interesting. The model, Savannah Sly is quite lovely in her knee high striped sport socks and tennis shoes. There’s got to be a fetish in there somewhere. I got up and shook off my clothes, which I may have regretted, and did the exercises with her this morning. Now, I’m not nearly as healthy as she is, so I took lots of jog in place breaks. I can see exactly how doing this before intense play would definitely help.
The second part in the series is the floor work. I’m worse at these than the cardio stuff of part one. Stetching and Strengthening for the Submissive Part 2 (15 mins) brings better views of Savannah in some interesting positions (winks) and I was laying there with her, stretching and working hard. I felt very limber and exhausted when I was done. I think, if I were to ever do the entire work out, I’d have to have a long break between that and the play or I’d not have the stamina. And let’s not get starting on what it looks like to see me exercise in the nude. Not pretty, no no no.
Of course, doing this workout on a regular basis will definitely bring me more stamina, that I totally see. But so will any regular exercise routine that has cardio as well as strength training. I didn’t really capture why a submissive would need a different work out than a Dominant. So I looked at the Dominant Stetching and Strengthening Exercises as well. You can find part 1 and part 2 for your viewing and perving pleasure. Sure there are some different exercises in there, but nothing that screamed to me they were more for what the Dominant does than the submissive during a scene. (That could just be because I’m a submissive and have never topped anyone.)
So I moved on, sure that this next video would be quite helpful with my on-going blow job training. Now if you’ve followed along since the beginning of the semester you’ll know I’ve tried all sorts of techniques and tricks to make pleasing him even better and I’ll admit, he’s very happy with my training thus far. I still noticed that my jaw was getting tired long before I wanted to be done and have been saving the Jaw and Facial Stretching (12 mins) video for this very moment.
Who would have known there were that many movements and muscles to relax in the face! I did this along with Savannah and let me tell you I felt like I had never exercised my jaw this well before. Sure some of the exercises make you feel silly, but I sang in choir in Jr and Sr High so I know some of the silly exercises that could be done to loosen up the tongue and mouth for singing. These easily translated and as I made the silly face stretches I did some of the tongue ones I’d learned in choir.
So for your enjoyment, I’m going to explain a few of them here to add to the Jaw and Facial Stretches you can learn from Savannah.
1. Aluminum, Linoleum – In this one you are to say the words as enunciated as possible and quickly. Doing this helps loosen the lips and the tongue. Try it for 15 seconds. How many times does your tongue get tied?
2. Brbrbrbrb! – This one is just as it sounds. You purse your lips together and make the sound like a motorboat or motorcycle (whichever you prefer). Feel free to squeal a few times on the asphalt of fly by a cone or two while you do this one!
3. Me Mae Ma Mo Muuuuuu – This is much like the vowel practice that Savannah has you do, but gets the lips more involved in movement. Say the vowel sounds, but with Mmm in front of it. Really make your lips humm as you start… Mmmmmeeeeee, mmmmmaaaeee, mmmmmaaaaa, mmmmooooo, mmmmmmuuuuuuuu.
See? Oh what I learned in choir can make giving a blow job that much more fun!
